Nashville
Scott M. Strong: Scott is President of Strong’s Insurance, Inc. and is an owner of Strong’s Insurance. He is also one of our commercial lines agents. He attended the University of Kansas where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. He has been with Strong’s for 25 years and is a CPCU (Chartered Property/Casualty Underwriter), CIC (Certified Insurance Councilor), ARM (Associate in Risk Management), and AAI (Accredited Advisor in Insurance). He grew up in Goddard, Kansas, but currently resides in Pratt, Kansas with his wife of 22 years, Genelle. They have 3 children. Scott enjoys going golfing, hunting, and bicycling. He likes working with our customers and resolving any insurance concerns they may have.
Gloria K. Theis: Gloria is the Secretary Treasurer of Strong’s Insurance and is a co-owner with Scott Strong. She is one of our bookkeepers and she has been with us for 30 years. She attended Pratt Community College and currently resides in Nashville, Kansas with Phil Theis, her husband of 23 years. They have 3 children and 1 grandchild. She enjoys going to church, gardening, and spending time with her family and new grandbaby.
Jeff Malone: Jeff is one of our farm and crop agents at Strong’s Insurance, Inc. He attended Kansas State University where he obtained his degree in Agribusiness. He has been with Strong’s Insurance since January of 2009. He grew up in Sterling, Kansas and currently resides in Pratt, Kansas with his wife of 11 years, Arica, and their 2 children. In his spare time he likes to go golfing, hunting, and fishing and he is an active member of the Pratt United Methodist Church. He enjoys the great working atmosphere at Strong’s the most.
Renee Ruckle: Renee is our personal lines agent, customer service representative, and crop agent in our Nashville office. Renee has been with Strong’s Insurance for 2 years and is licensed in Property & Casualty and Crop insurance. She attended Hutchinson Community College and obtained her Associates degree. She is from Cunningham, Kansas and currently lives in St. Leo, Kansas with her husband Ryan. They have been married for 10 years and have 3 children. She likes to read and is kept alert by her 3 boys. She enjoys working for Scott Strong and Gloria Theis and working with her customers here at Strong’s.
Carolyn Armstrong: Carolyn is one of our customer service representatives at Strong’s Insurance, Inc. She has been with Strong’s for 22 years. She is from Isabel, Kansas and has 2 children. She enjoys spending time with the family, reading, working in her yard, and cooking. She enjoys working for Scott and Gloria and with her co-workers at Strong’s.
Teri Glenn: Teri has been with the Strong’s Nashville location since 2010. She attended Fort Hays State University. She and her husband, Jared, have one child, with another one due in 2012. She says she enjoys working with such a family-oriented business.
Kingman
Kelly Wood : Kelly is a crop and commercial/farm agent here at Strong’s Insurance, Inc. He majored in ag-business at Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva, Oklahoma. He has his property and casualty license. Roping, golfing, and spending time with family and friends are some of Kelly’s interests. He has been married to his wife of 9 years, Andrea, and together they have 2 kids. Kelly has been with Strong’s Insurance since June of 2011 and enjoys the opportunity to help people.
Jana Rice: Jana is an accountant at Strong’s Insurance, Inc. with a Property & Casualty license, and has been with Strong’s for 7 years. She is from Pretty Prairie, Kansas where she is part of the Pretty Prairie Rodeo and Prairie WildFire Drill Team. She has been married to Brian Rice for 22 years and they have 1 child. Jana enjoys the work environment and her co-workers at Strong’s Insurance, Inc.
Tracey Hansard: Tracey is a native of Cheney, Kansas but currently resides in Kingman, Kansas and has been with Strong’s Insurance for 2 years. She is our personal lines agent and has her Property & Casualty license. She attended Pratt Community College and attained an Associates degree in Accounting/Business. She has 4 boys and has been married to Christopher Hansard for 17 years. Tracey likes making comforters, baking, gardening, camping, and family time which includes attending her boys’ many activities and events. She is also active in the community delivering Meals on Wheels and being a Cub Scout leader to her sons’ troop. What Tracey enjoys the most about Strong’s are the people including both the customers and employees of Strong’s Insurance, Inc.
Tiffany Koehler: Tiffany Koehler began working summers for Strong’s when she was in high school. After graduating from Friends University in 2012, she became a full-time employee, working in Securities with Chris Huhman. Some of her interests include running, cooking, and crafting.
Cheney
Jody Schwartz : Jody Schwartz has been the agent in our Cheney location since 2012. He attended Fort Hays State University and is involved with the local Pretty Prairie Rodeo. He enjoys working with livestock in his spare time.

Shawnae Ditgen: Shawnae is a customer service representative here at Strong’s Insurance, Inc. She has been with us for 3 years. Shawnae attended Pittsburgh State University and Troy State University. She now lives in Cheney, Kansas with her 3 kids and husband of 13 years, Brandt Ditgen. She likes spending time with her family and taking her kids swimming. Shawnae loves all the people she works with at Strong’s.
Medicine Lodge
Kay Danahy: Kay is our personal and commercial lines agent in the Medicine Lodge office. She has obtained her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) while here at Strong’s Insurance. She attended Fort Hays State University and has been with Strong’s Insurance, Inc. for 12 years. She currently resides in Medicine Lodge, Kansas with her husband, Terry. They have been married for 1 year and have 2 children, 2 step-children, and 3 grandchildren. Kay enjoys gardening, reading, and swimming. She likes the pleasant working environment here at Strong’s Insurance, Inc.
Robin Inslee: Robin is one of our bookkeepers at Strong’s Insurance, Inc. and has been with Strong’s for 16 years. She is from Sharon, Kansas and attended Pratt Community College and Fort Hays State University. She has been married for 33 years to Larry Inslee. They have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. She enjoys reading, completing puzzles, making jewlery, and going to auctions and garage sales. She is the Parish Council Secretary Sacristan and Eucharistic Minister at Saint Boniface Catholic Church.

Azure Eslinger: Azure is one of our personal lines agents as well as our life and health agent for Strong’s Insurance, Inc. She has been with Strong’s for 7 years and is a licensed agent in Property & Casualty and Life & Health. She is from Anthony, Kansas and has been married to Dave Eslinger for 15 years. They have 3 children. Azure likes to garden and participate in her children’s activities. She is the Secretary of the Chaparral Kids Wrestling Club and of Focus, which is a parent group for Anthony Elementary. She enjoys working for a great company, working with her co-workers, and working in the public.
Marilea Struble: Marilea is one of our commercial lines agents and client service representatives here at Strong’s Insurance, Inc. She has been with Strong’s for 8 years out of the 28 years she has been in the insurance field and has her Property & Casualty license. Marilea attended South Plains College in Levelland, Texas. She currently resides in Anthony, Kansas with her husband of 27 years, Mark; and they have 1 child. She enjoys yard work, scrap booking, and sewing in her spare time. She is also a member of First Congregational Church. Marilea enjoys working for a company with benefits, the respect between co-workers in all 6 of the agencies, and her clients that depend on her.

Pratt
Stephanie Westhoff: Stephanie is one of our personal lines agents here at Strong’s Insurance, Inc. She has been with Strong’s for 8 years. She is from Hill City and she made the move to Pratt, Kansas; where she attended Pratt Community College. She currently resides in Pratt, Kansas with her husband of 12 years, Chad. They have 2 children together. Stephanie likes watching her boys race motocross and supercross, going golfing, and fishing. She enjoys working with the community and Strong’s family.
Jeremy Doggett: Jeremy is our commercial lines agent in the Pratt office. He has been with Strong’s Insurance, Inc. for 3 years and is licensed in Property & Casualty. He attended Pratt Community College and received an Associate’s degree in Farm and Ranch Management. he currently lives in Pratt, Kansas with his son. Jeremy likes spending time with his son, gardening, fishing, and home remodeling. He is very active in the Pratt community participating in the Pratt Rotary club where he is a board member and helping with the Miss Kansas organization. The best parts about working for Strong’s Insurance for Jeremy are the co-workers, clients, and many opportunities to learn and grow.
Nikki Humble: Nikki is one of our bookkeepers and has been with us for 4 years here at Strong’s Insurance, Inc. She is licensed in Property & Casualty. She attended Pratt Community College where she obtained her Associates degree in Science. Her and her husband, Nate, have 2 children and they live in Pratt, Kansas. She likes to take part in her daughter’s activities and participating in all of the sports that the community provides. She is part of the Pratt Recreation and is a board member for the Pratt Family Life Center. Nikki enjoys the people, her co-workers, and the family orientation here at Strong’s Insurance.
Kathryn McAllister: Kathryn McAllister has been our Farm Quality Manager working at the Pratt location since 2012. She is originally from Pratt, but currently lives near Macksville, Kansas. She attended Pratt Community College and Fort Hays State University. She and her husband, Logan, have one daughter, Lakyn. Kathryn has many interests, including cooking, crafting and sports.
